Contracts include a consistent, uniformed crew of trained and supervised employees and may include the following services:

• Mowing, weekly, to specified height
• Edging
• Turf care, including 4-5 turf applications a year
• Tree trimming (up to 8 ft., palm trees 16 ft.)
• Pruning of shrubs, ornamental grasses and groundcovers
• Clean up and debris removal
• Weed and fire ant treatment
• Irrigation checks
