James “Jim”

Jim was born and raised in San Diego, CA. Following his high school graduation, he embarked on a transformative path by joining the California Conservation Corps, a state resource agency that provided comprehensive training in safety, leadership, wild-land firefighting, flood fighting, and conservation operations. During his tenure with the CCC, Jim seized an opportunity to intern with the California Department of Forestry (CDF), where he achieved certification as a season full-time Professional Firefighter.

Jim’s enduring love for landscaping led him to explore various roles within the landscaping industry, amassing a wealth of experience spanning more than three decades in Operations, Sales, and Business Development.

Now residing in Charleston, he’s chosen to be closer to family and his cherished grandchildren while doing what he is passionate about, Landscape Sales. In his leisure moments, you’ll likely find Jim cruising on his Harley, showcasing his drumming skills, or basking in the wonders of the great outdoors.
